Mission - The mission of the Pinellas Park
Historical Society shall be to collect and preserve the history of the
City of Pinellas Park through records, documents, photographs,
artifacts, and other means, and to promote and provide access to this
history for current and future generations.
Membership in the society shall be open to all
who share an interest in the mission of the Society. Membership
applications are available at the Chamber of Commerce in Park Station or
may be printed here.
Dues - There are four
Membership designations:
- Individual
- Club/Organization
- Business/Professional
- Lifetime Membership
Society Meetings are generally held the third
Thursday of each month on the second floor of Park Station
beginning at 6:30pm.
Museum is located in the lobby of the second
floor of Park Station. The Museum is an open, self guided perusal
museum accessible daily from 9am to 5pm. For your convenience,
take the elevator from the first floor lobby to the second floor.
Board of Directors/Officers - The government of
the Society is vested in a Board of Directors that serve as Officers of
the Society that oversee the Society and Museum.
Collection Policy - The Society's policy is to
accept donations of historical records, documents, and photos relevant
to the city's history. Items will be accepted at the discretion of
the curator and/or approval of the Society's Officers.
